A large family room with a gas fireplace is located adjacent to the kitchen and provides access to the backyard. On the first level of the you'll find a full- size guest bath with large stall shower. On the second level is the large master suite with a full bath which features granite vanity countertops, tile flooring, tiled stall shower, bathtub, and large walk- in closet. The other three upstairs bedrooms share the hall bath which features dual sinks and shower over tub. A laundry area with washer and dryer, is located on the second level of the home. Off street parking is available in the detached two car garage on remote. On street parking is available for guests. Tenant pays gas, electricity, water, trash, sewer, and any other services contracted by tenant $4250 per month $4250.00 security deposit The owner kindly requests no pets.
