Large front facing furnished bedroom for rent on the second floor. There are three bedrooms total, and two other tenants. Room includes queen sized bed, desk, chair, lamp and side table. (Bed must remain in room.) There is a closet and dresser. House includes washer/dryer, kitchen appliances and is fully furnished. Tenant may use common areas. Two cats live here. For that reason no other pets are allowed. Cats are friendly and chill. Lease is actually 3 month minimum and then month to month with a 60 day notice required before leaving. Perfect for someone new to the city, grad students, visiting nurses. Central air/heat. Full carpeting. Small back yard/patio with garden. Safe, walkable area with retail nearby. Free street parking with $20/permit. Friendly and diverse neighborhood. Not a good choice if you enjoy loud music or drama. No smoking indoors. Our house is a peaceful and respectful home. Bills (internet, power, water) are split 3 ways.
