Our central location is only a short distance to Starbucks, Target, Trader Joes, Cinemas, LA Fitness, Cal-tech, PCC and the central business district. Two bedroom and two bath. In order to view our rental units you do have to submit an application and meet the owner’s requirements. Application fee is not required upfront you will be notified if you met all the other requirements when to pay the application fee. We do require an application for every person 18 regardless of financial responsibility. Credit score for all applicants must be minimum 650 (some of our rentals require higher score) Some exceptions are for no credit (increased deposit may be required).
