This is a newly renovated home with absolutely everything you need and want for make your vacations days unforgettable. Tons of living space and spacious bedrooms. The home also has little extras like complimentary WiFi, flat-screen Smart TV and washer and dryer. Out on the wrap-around lanai, dine al fresco at the patio table and enjoy some downtime in the lounge area. While the kids splash around in the pool, enjoy a little R&R in the spa. Giving off a cosmopolitan vibe, the white and bright living room has contemporary furniture, artsy accent wall and flat-screen TV. Overlooking the open family room and dining room, the fully-equipped kitchen lets you stretch your cooking muscles. It comes with plenty of prep space on the granite counters, stainless appliances and a large center island that seats four. Artistic chairs surround the glass-top dining table that seats eight comfortably. The two downstairs bedrooms are king bedrooms with an en-suite private bathroom. This home is self-check in. There will be no \"lobby\" or anyone to greet you. You will receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. I live around the area and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues. Our private pool can be heated upon request for $45 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It does take up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email. The greatest part about my home is the LOCATION. We are close to everything there is to do in Orlando especially when it comes to the world of food. Picking a restaurant has never been easier. I have listed a few of my favorites so you can spend less time worrying about where to eat and more time enjoying your vacation. Bahama Breeze -A laid-back chain restaurant featuring yummy Carribean food and vibrant tropical Island drinks. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Daily happy hour specials from 4 PM - 6 PM make this a great spot for an early dinner. Late night cravings and tired of fast food? Late night happy hour starts at 9 PM and goes on until MIDNIGHT. A must try! Cafe DAntonio -Located in the city of Celebration, this quaint little restaurant serves classic and authentic Italian dishes. This incredible spot mixes old traditions and new to create an incredible culinary experience. Cafe DAntonio has one of the best outdoor seating areas. Sit back and enjoy your dinner as you gaze out onto the lake. ARI -Located in the city of Celebration, this is one of the top Sushi spots in all of Central Florida. ARI is a mix of Japanese and Korean specialties served in a modern and stylish space. This restaurant also has amazing outdoor seating facing the lake. Good food and a beautiful view? You cant miss it! The house is 12 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport at 33 miles away.
