Property Id: 1285685 Nov-DEC ONLY. This is a 1-bedroom, 1- bathroom private suite in my house. It is the upstairs portion. My husband and I live downstairs in a separate bedroom with our own bathroom-we are away a lot. Living room and kitchen are shared. Washer and dryer included. The unit is fully furnished, no security deposit, no income verification, but the rental has to be done through airbnb, so if you are looking for a short term rental, this is a great option.
