Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, and dine in the spacious indoor dining area. Located in Reunion Resort, this home offers a blend of luxury and comfort. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. The home can accommodate a maximum of six guests. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Up to two cars may park in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
