About This Property
(513) 919-4358 - Hey, my name is Max. This listing is for the larger bedroom in the apartment that I live in. My current roommate/friend will be starting grad school in D.C. in the fall, so he'll be moving out at the end of July. My plan is to move in with my girlfriend on March 1, 2020, so your room will be available for seven months (or indefinitely if you can find another roommate and sign a new lease starting in March). Ideally, you would be able to commit to at least six months. I'm a very friendly, laid-back guy, and considering that I've had the same roommate for eight years, I think I'm pretty easy to live with. Plus I'll pay for the internet. :) More about me at the end of this description. This video link shows a different unit, but it's essentially a mirrored layout of mine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=S0iTrGqpoF4 I live on a quiet street with an abundance of free street parking. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby, and grocery stores are about a five-minute drive away. It's easy to get downtown via the Grand bus or the blue line train, and you can walk to River North in roughly 30 minutes. The apartment is on the third floor, has high ceilings, and gets tons of light. The biggest perks are the central AC, in-unit washer/dryer, and large shower. After my current roommate leaves, the shared living area will still have a large couch, end tables, a TV (although I'll probably go without cable and just stick with the internet), and a kitchen table. You will need to furnish the available bedroom, but you have plenty of space to work with. The room could fit a king-size bed and there's a lot of closet and storage space. About me: [https://www.facebook.com/max.nolan55] I'm 28, originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I moved to Chicago in 2009 to attend Loyola University. Aside from a few random jobs early on, I've been working in graphic design and marketing ever since. When I'm not working I typically spend my time hanging out with my girlfriend (RLNE4883647) Other Amenities: Furnished (Furnished), Other (Cable Ready).
