First and last month's rent, as well as a $3,200 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12+ month lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, internet, phone (optional), and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for lawn care, removing snow from the parking area, walking surfaces, and patio/deck. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Wasatch County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: Nestled against the Wasatch Mountains in the Heber Valley, Midway is a quiet town with Swiss roots. From sprawling green fields to snow-capped mountains, the town has been dubbed "Utah's Swiss Alps" and features several Swiss-inspired annual events such as the Soldier Hollow Sheep Dog Classic and Festival, and the award-winning Ice Castle. Outdoor activities such as boating, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, snow-shoeing, cross country skiing, camping... and even scuba diving at the Homestead Resort and Crater... can be enjoyed in Midway!
