W/D, fireplace, 3 full bathrooms. Really nice place with great access to trails, main street etc. WI-FI, cable, and all utilities (except electric, which is not expensive) included. No smoking, no pets. Walk out of the building and you are on the Park City Mountain for a perfect day of hiking, skiing, or biking; AND you can easily walk into town or grab the shuttle (on the main shuttle line)!!!!! This Resort is at the base, where you will find Shops, Restaurants, Apres ski Mountain opportunities FROM YOUR WINDOW: Watch the Skiers/hikers/bikers come down the mountain! This refinished and remodeled condo is really nice and is fully equipped for everything you need to enjoy your stay. The finishes of this condo are simply top notch. New everything -- Granite, stainless, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer inside your unit, flat screen TV's in every room, new furniture throughout, super comfy mattresses. Underground parking is provided free, and elevator access to your floor. Amenities * ON THE MOUNTAIN!!! Take advantage of the frequent service and enjoy an amazing dinner or a night out on Main Street.Tenant pays electric, we pay cable, wifi, gas, water, sewer, HOA fees. All furniture, pots & pans flatware etc included - tenant supplies their own soft goods, linens and sheets. June 1 - November 30th 6 months for $2,950/ month. Deposit is $2,950. We can accommodate less than a 6 month lease at the following monthly rates: $3,450/mo for a 5 month lease, $3,950 for 4 months, $4,950 for 3 months. It is Not available to rent during ski season - this condo rents for over $3k/night during high season. Sorry No pets (possibly cat OK), No smoking.
