For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. The home can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
