For Cats: Cats must have their claws trimmed weekly to prevent damage to leather furniture. For Dogs: Please provide details about your dogs breed, size, and age. Weekly claw trimming is required. Let us know if your dog is prone to barking. We maintain a quiet, peaceful and cannot accommodate pets that bark excessively. Please outline your plan for managing your dog when you're away. Extended use of puppy pads is not acceptable, especially during long absences or work hours. Our priority is to ensure a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. INTERNET: Enjoy complimentary high-speed internet with our Comcast Business 200Mbps connection. plus a backup network to ensure uninterrupted connectivity throughout your stay. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Pre-Move-Out Walk-Through (30+ Day Stays Only) For reservations over 30 days, we schedule a brief walk-through about one week before check-out. It usually takes less than an hour and helps us prepare the unit for the next guest. It also gives you the chance to point out any issues so they can be noted as pre-existing.
