Apartment has a big bay window on to State Street, fireplace, built in bookshelf, kitchen pantry, full size range, and (because the ceilings are 15') added storage above the kitchen and above the bedroom closet. Good closet and big window in the bedroom, with the bathroom en suite. Laundry is on the first floor and there's a courtyard for bike storage and grilling out back. 5 minute walk to the Clark/Division Red line, Treasure Island, Jewel, Wells st. in Old town, and Lincoln Park. Everything is included except for electric (~$20/mo). Cats welcome. Rent is $1330.
