This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse has a king bed and flat screen tv in the principal bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, flat screen tv in living room cabinet, and all remaining furnishings as pictured are included. Some kitchen appliances have been upgraded and are not reflected in the photos. Enjoy the luxury of a gas fireplace to warm up with in the winter months as well as the convenience of a washer and dryer in the home. This Townhome is fully furnished. Included in the rental amount is snow removal (back patio snow removal is tenant responsibility), landscaping, common area maintenance, water, and sewer. Internet, trash, electricity, natural gas, and renter's insurance are tenant responsibility. This property is NOT pet friendly. We are looking for a 12 month lease commitment. Monthly rent is $2,300 a month, security deposit is one month's rent with approved credit, application fee of $35 per applicant over the age of 18 years old. 1) The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and (2) if the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: (i) charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or (ii) charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
