Great location!! Broomfield at Hwy 36 and e470 across from Flatiron Mall. 10 min to Boulder and 20 min to Denver. Fully Furnished and ready for move in. All utilities included. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each room has a tv and a chair. The master has a king size bed, two sinks, bath tub and walk in shower and large walk in closet. All other bedrooms have a queen size bed. Two car garage with driveway parking and parking around the street. Full Washer and dryer. Dining room with a bar. Living room has fireplace, large TV and printer. Fully stocked kitchen. Electric , gas, cable, wifi and HOA included. HOA includes trash, water, landscape, snow removal and club house which has a hot tub and gym year round and pool in the summer. Pool area/club house also has sitting areas and 2 grills. A 90 day min lease is required and the longer the lease we can negotiate the monthly rental rate. No pets at all or smoking.
