All other bedrooms have a queen size bed. Two car garage with driveway parking and parking around the street. Full Washer and dryer. Dining room with a bar. Living room has fireplace, large TV and printer. Fully stocked kitchen. Electric , gas, cable, wifi and HOA included. HOA includes trash, water, landscape, snow removal and club house which has a hot tub and gym year round and pool in the summer. Pool area/club house also has sitting areas and 2 grills. A 90 day min lease is required and the longer the lease we can negotiate the monthly rental rate. No pets at all or smoking.
