Down half a flight to the garden level you’ll find all three bedrooms and another nice sized, remodeled full bathroom which has separate primary suite access. Keep your car and toys secure and dry in the attached garage. This is such a desirable area, close to shopping and coveted St Vrain Schools. We don’t require our current residents to clean for your visit, but you can rest assured the property will be cleared of ALL personal belongings and professionally cleaned before you move in on July 1. We prefer applications showing 3x income and a credit score over 650. The property will be ready by July 1. Rent is $2250. * Initial lease term would be up to June 29, 2024. We would love a long-term resident. * $300 non-refundable move-in pet fee and $50/month rent for each pet that are pre-approved. * Non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult.
