BEAUTIFUL CONDO ON GORGEOUS LAKE JUST MINUTES FROM DISNEY! Beautifully decorated 2-bedroom + alcove, 4-bed condo just 10 minutes from Disney on a 214-acre lake. The private 25-foot balcony has a stunning view of the lake and sunrise, and a view of the Disney fireworks just outside your door. Amenities include 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, high speed internet, gated entrance, free covered parking next to the elevators, and much much more! NOTE: We can host up to 4 adults and 2 children (there are 2 king beds and 2 child-sized beds). THE SPACE: Our facility also boasts 2 pools, a hot tub, and a workout room. The pool is heated to 82 degrees and it uses a salt filtration system instead of chlorine which is easier on the eyes. It is only one block (very short walk) to Starbucks, Subway, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and a Dollar store, and two blocks to Walgreens and restaurants. This condo is on the 6th floor near the elevators for easy access, so you won't have to climb stairs or pull your luggage up and down. The private balcony overlooks lake Bryan, a beautiful lake with wildlife and a boardwalk running through the trees and along the shore. Take a relaxing walk or curl up in the gazebo with a book or your laptop--you can plug into the outlet there and surf the internet via the wifi. If you plan to visit Disney and don't have a car, shuttles are available (for a fee) to Disney, or better yet you can take an Uber or Lyft for only about $15; it's just a few minutes drive and they drop you off past the parking lots, saving you time, plus you don't have to pay the $30 Disney parking fee! This beautiful condo has recently been remodeled with new furniture and appliances, and it's the first time we are offering it through AirBnB. We know your stay here will be relaxing and full of wonderful memories! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Our condo is perfect for grandparents and their grandchildren, or up to 4 adults and 2 children. Please note that the third bedroom is an alcove with a bunkbed (2 beds on top of each other) which is only designed for children. See our photos which include a floor plan. We provide 2 days worth of soaps and detergents. If you need more, there is a dollar store with all kinds of supplies just one block's walk away next to the miniature golf course.
