This is an affordable housing community. Our rent is subject to TCAC set asides. We do participate in the section 8 housing voucher program. All applicants must pass a credit and criminal background check in order to be considered for a unit. The applicant must submit a $35 fee in the form of a cashier's check or money order PER ADULT member of the applying household, cash will not be accepted. Our resident selection plan has more information on what will and will not disqualify your application. WE REQUIRE 2 CONSECUTIVE YEARS OF RENTAL HISTORY. That means that you are in a lease and can show proof of payment in the form of money orders or cashiers checks. We are no longer processing applications, however our wait list is open.
