The city of Belleview is a small community located just south of Ocala, about halfway between Orlando and Gainesville. Primarily a low-key residential suburb, most of the shopping and dining options in town can be found along Highway 441 as it passes through the city. The local rental market is mostly composed of modest single-family homes and affordable apartments. Belleview Sports Complex on the northeast side of town provides a great public venue for outdoor recreation, and the sprawling Ocala National Forest sits just a short drive east of the city.
