My Experience

I’ve been living at this apartment for a while now, and it’s been great! The location is perfect, close to campus and surrounded by really good restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. The apartment itself is well-kept and has everything I need. Plus, the amenities like the gym and pool are a huge bonus. Also, the manager always has coffee and treats in his office which is great for when I need a little pick me up.

Management

I just have to say that the manager, John, at 1335 North is awesome. My brother has lived in this apartment complex for 10 years and we've seen a lot of managers come and go. John has been the BEST of all of them. My brother has a TBI and John is the first manager that totally understands what that means. John has been there for the past 3 years and it's the ONLY time we have NOT had to deal with a manager trying to evict our brother due to his behavior. You can not ask for a better person or manager.

Great management and complex!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we weren't able to move into the apt. when we arrived, but the manager, John, handled it very professionally, with his upbeat personality and attention to detail, and we were very satisfied with the outcome. The outdoor pool is heated and kept very clean by maintenance staff, (another) John, who also takes care of any problems quickly and efficiently. The complex is located in a quiet neighborhood, nicely landscaped with large rose bushes and rhododendron, has open outdoor corridors and is close to everything you need (you can walk to Fred Meyer). We're very happy here!
