This two-level townhome features a mixture of carpet and vinyl flooring throughout. High ceilings and large windows surrounding the space provide the home with great light. The spacious living area leads into the household's kitchen which is well equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A dining area is located off of the kitchen with sliding glass doors that look out onto the unit's patio and shared lawn area. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and share a full bathroom. There is an additional half bath located on the first floor. Both bedrooms are large in size with adequate closet space for storage. Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer paired and a fenced-in common yard space which is shared between the complex. The landlord provides garbage and common area landscaping. The tenant is responsible for electricity, water, sewer, personal back yard/patio landscaping, and all other utilities. Water/sewer will be billed back to the resident using a RUBS system dependent on occupancy. Please know that this complex does not have mail delivered directly to it. Tenants are welcome to set up with own P.O. box with the local post office. Cats and dogs 20lbs and under welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review). Maximum of 2 pets with increased rent per month for each animal. No additional pet deposit. One-year lease. $1,445.00 per month, $722.00 fully refundable security deposit.
