The kitchen is spacious and new cabinets were recently installed. It also comes with a stacked washer/ dryer that is accessible, yet tucked away, via the kitchen. The stove is gas and has safety features so the pilot does not continously run. Outside is a private nook that is delightful during warm months. It's a favorite retreat for enjoying coffee/tea in the morning. Parking is off street and mass transportation is close by. The red line is within walking distance, along with the CTA bus line and two Divvy? bike stations.
