We are 20 min walk from Rittenhouse sq; Broadstreet line is 5 blks away and there are 2 bus stops 2 blks away. The house is on a non-bus route street so it will be quiet at night. The townhouse is located on a safe and quiet street near 18th and Wharton 19146 minutes from American Sardine bar and the Orange line/bus lines to the city. Parking is permit marking but free on our street and several surrounding streets. Living with you will be a male in mid 20's occupying the 2nd fl & room for rent is would be on the same floor. On the 3rd floor is a female also mid 20's. Everyone in the house is are working professionals/ students. They are quite during the weekdays and both enjoy cooking. They are both not into parties and would mainly only be hosting dinner parties when all this is over. All Utilities (gas/water/electric) and Internet is included! Rent will include ALL utilities including internet!! First/Last and Security in equal parts of the rent due prior to move-in. Background and Credit check is required.
