Skinner Park sits directly across the street, a large new dog park(569 Bark Park) is about 100 yards from the building entrance, the 20 bus picks up in front of the building and drops off in the loop in under 15 minutes, both the blue and green line are about 4 block walks away, and you get incredibly easy access to 290. For those who don't like to go out of their way to workout, a luxury gym is in the building as well. Though there is no security deposit, a $500 nonrefundable move in fee, and an applicant paid credit check do exist. Pets are also welcome, but will increase rent by $50/month, and the move in fee by $350. The association will also charge a $235 processing fee which gets you added to the registry, Block Y Website access, call lists, and added to association event(summer/holiday party etc), and all other, communications. All association fees are due prior to scheduling your move, and fees to lessor and half of first month rent will be due at signing of lease. Multiyear leases preferred.
