Living at the Heritage for the past two years has been incredible. This is the first time I've been completely satisfied living in an apartment, not only with the apartment itself, but with the on-site staff and the community. Unfortuneatly, I recently got a job offer back home and will need to rent out my apartment for the next 6 months, and after the 6 months you can re-new your lease for as long as you'd like. I currently pay $70 under the entry price for my ($929 for new tenants at Heritage) for my apartment. So, not only will you save $70 off your rent, but you only have to put in $250 for the deposit (compared to $400 for new tenants at Heritage). My apartment is located on the second floor, so there is no one above you... it's very quite. Each entry has a keypad lock on the door, so it's secure. The neighbors are great, as I have no complaints. The location is perfect for OSU students - just behind the complex starts the bike trail that passes through the OSU campus and the Olentangy bike trail. It's also perfect for getting to Grandview and the Short North. There is a Kroger, grocery store, located right across the street from the complex. They also just put up the restaurant, Acre, right across the street. I'm looking to lease this apartment immediately. So, call or text me if you want to come see it in person.
