Off street parking is NOT available but there is plenty of on street parking. This apartment is professionally managed by Five Seasons Property Management! Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas, internet service, annual rental registration ($110), and compost (optional). Landlord pays water, trash, and snow removal.
