Suite is not furnished. A little about myself: I work in the Finance field, love football, and am very easy going. Originally from the Bay Area. My GF works in education, loves wine, and Target. She grew up on Roseville. We are both very professional individuals that want a safe environment for both you and us. Looking for someone that: Clean, does not smoke. Just be chill. No overnight guests. Looking for short term 6 month lease with a possible extension. Stable career, good credit, and clean background check. No pets. Willing to be ok with living in a house that is nearing finishing touches such as landscaping, blind installs, and inspections etc. We want someone that we can treat like family.
