The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are CAT FRIENDLY! There is a pet deposit of $300 and monthly pet rent is $35. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check.
