The location is fantastic, with a multitude of bars, restaurants (from downright super-cheap to Michelin-starred Melisse and everything else in between). A world-class library is 2 blocks away, Vons supermarket is also 2 blocks away and pretty much everything you might need is a few blocks walking.All the amenities that have made living in Santa Monica highly desirable is a short walk and if you don't feel like walking there are Hulu bikes everywhere and electric scooters from Bird. The unit is located 2 blocks from the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Lincoln Boulevard and there is multiple public transportation to UCLA, Beverly Hills and all over town, and a brand new Purple Line that goes from the Third Street Promenade to Pershng Square downtown in 35 minutes. The Unit has been completely made new, with new wooden floors, working fireplace, a new kitchen (new flooring, new large microwave, new toaster-oven, new dishwasher, steel sink and cabinetry and complete cookware, silverware, dishes and glasses) new bathrooms and pretty much everything new.
