About This Property
1st, the address is actually 1322 1/2 Echo Park Ave. (this site doesn't recognize the proper address; 1324 is next door and is also managed by me). 2nd, it is impossible to control order of photos, so apologies. This is a free-standing bungalow, built in 1927, with some original built-ins. It has hardwood floors throughout except for tile in the kitchen. It is heated and cooled by a mini-split as well as an a/c unit in the bedroom. It has rooftop views of downtown Echo Park looking west. There is a washer/dryer, refrigerator, a microwave and a gas stove. Parking is in an adjacent lot (1 space). The bathroom includes a shower/tub. There are two free-standing wardrobes and two (!) closets in the bedroom. There is a tiny extra room off of the living room. There is a large crawlspace for storage. The neighbors are quiet and respectful as you would be expected to be. Rental insurance required.

You may have heard the whispers that Echo Park is one of the hippest Los Angeles neighborhoods. Well in fact, it is – as it has many trendy bars and nightclubs to prove it.
The Echo Park community boasts more than just nightlife, though. It also boasts countless musicians, artists, actors, and families. A stone’s throw from LA’s Chinatown neighborhood, this densely populated area incorporates a number of attractions including Echo Park Lake, Dodger Stadium, and Angelino Heights.
What is it like living in Echo Park? The locals regard Echo Park as the epicenter of cool indie music and art scene. A patchwork of trendy eateries, rollicking rock bands, cocktail lounges, street murals, and hip vinyl shops make this neighborhood the epitome of “cool.” Residents enjoy the paddleboats on the lake, and the park is also the host of the annual July 4th Fireworks show.
Angelino Heights is a local gem with numerous Victorian era homes.
