Furnished with: *Fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher *Extra freezer in garage *3 flatscreen TVs (living room, masters and 1st floor bedroom) *2 couches (living room and family room) *Murphy bed on 1st floor *Futon in 3rd bedroom on the 3rd floor *Bidet in 1st bathroom and 2nd floor restroom *Long term lease, minimum 1 year. Must provide at least 30 days' written notice to move out. *Owner is responsible for trash. Renter is responsible for all other utilities (water, power, gas). *Renters must adhere to HOA rules on noise, parking, pet policies, community amenities, and trash disposal-violations can result in fines for the owner and potential eviction. (Owner will provide additional information). *No smoking indoors. *Keep the house clean, safe, and sanitary, disposing of trash properly, and preventing mold or pests. *Tenants must pay for damages they or their guests cause (beyond normal wear and tear), replace light bulbs and batteries, holes in walls, and promptly notify landlords of needed repairs.
