The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, with an open-concept dining space that brings everyone together. The adjoining living area is styled with Tulum-inspired décor and comfy seating, offering a natural gathering point for conversation, streaming, or simply relaxing with the high-speed Wi-Fi. This home also includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, and bathroom essentials such as a bathtub and hot water. Family-friendly touches such as a pack 'n play and children's books and toys make travel with little ones simpler. Safety features include a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. The private entrance and single level layout add straightforward convenience. Pets are allowed, and free parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. If you’d like to add pool heating, please request it at least one week in advance for $35 per day for the entire stay. Situated close to Downtown Largo and a short drive from Clearwater Beach, the location offers easy access to beautiful beaches, local parks, and attractions throughout the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area. Whether you plan to explore nearby coastal spots or stay close to home, the residential setting provides a comfortable base for your stay. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to 3 vehicles. There is an additional spot available to the left in front of the wooden fenced area. Please respect the neighborhood and be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 9am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. [SI]
