    Poor maintenance and safety concerns

    I would not recommend living here. The hallways often smell unpleasant due to poor cleanliness, and the photos online do not match the actual condition of the apartments or the building. The walls are very thin, so noise from neighbors is constant. There are also cracks in the ceilings and other signs that the property is not well maintained. The parking gate is frequently unsecured, and I’ve had serious concerns about safety in and around my unit. Overall, management does not seem to take resident complaints seriously or keep the property up to code.

    Awful experience

    This property has serious safety and maintenance problems. I noticed parts of the apartment (like baseboards and fixtures) weren’t properly secured, which made me feel unsafe about what might be happening when I wasn’t home. Management didn’t respond when I reported these concerns. The walls are very thin, the halls often smell because pets aren’t cleaned up after, and the photos online don’t reflect the real condition of the units.

    Great improvement

    I've lived in my apartment for almost 2 years. It has been a good experience compared to my previous apartments. Despite the some messy tenants and really bad parking. The manager has made it a better living environment, since I moved in. I like living here, but I really rather live in a more organized and cleaned area.
