The backyard is a perfect place to hang out and listen to the sounds of nearby Chester Creek or have a bonfire in the large, in-ground fire pit. There is also a detached one car garage that provides additional storage if needed. There is an off-street parking spot as well. Utilities included in rent are heat, electric, water/sewer/garbage, and high speed internet. Cats are a definite no, a dog or two may be negotiable for an additional cost.
