Tenant pays all other Utilities: - Heat is propane: Tenant will be charged for avg of heat costs at a flat rate of ~$250/ Month (Tenant may be charged more for overuse). Tenant must attain an electric account with MN power for electrical needs. Tenant must take on all snow removal. Tenant is also must account for trash/recycling if needed. Utilities Estimated Costs: Electric ($100/month) + Internet ($50/month) +Propane/heating ($250) + Trash ($40) = Budget at least $450 for Utilities per month.
