The available rooms are perfect for young working professionals and/or mature students. Our tenants are very respectful who are mindful of privacy, space and sound. Utilities are divided evenly. That includes; water, garbage, electricity, gas, internet, and a cleaning fee (to clean common areas). Although the kitchen and bathrooms are shared, once a month a cleaning crew will come to clean the common areas. Street parking is readily available. No pets and no smoking. We have one remaining room available for move-in July. Lastly, we are pre-screening all applicants. That being said, can I ask some prequalifying questions?
