Tenant controls and pays for heat; one window air conditioner is included. Additionally, the building occupies an extra wide lot. So instead of a neighboring building hovering right over you, there is a spacious side yard. There is also a large, landscaped back yard with plenty of opportunities for BBQ'ing, and entertaining. Please note, there are no laundry facilities on premise and no dishwasher in the kitchen. The building has a great location on Argyle, between Broadway and Clark Street Walk to all the restaurants, stores, night life in the Argyle/Broadway and Andersonville areas.
