No illegal activities of any kind. Zero Tolerance! We will all live together with respect for ourselves and those around us. We have a semi-private backyard that's fenced in. Dog/cat friendly, on a case by case basis. This unit is privately owned and personally managed. No ridiculous fee's here. Just a straight forward guy that takes good care of the property and is looking for a new tenant. I take care of all the lawncare and landscaping. The water/sewer/trash/ and quarterly exterminating is all included in the rent. In unit W/D hookups and I have machines you can rent for cheap if you need them.
