Once you decide to make this your new home, you'll be asked to complete an application and a reservation deposit will be collected for the first full month's rent. A parking sticker ($20/year) and optional guest passes ($30/year) purchased online or at City Hall allow residents and their guests to park beyond the one-hour posted limit on the opposite side of the street. Our side of the street offers unlimited parking for residents and guests. Prior to move-in you will be asked to inspect the unit and write a check for half of the security deposit. The next two month's checks will include rent (prorated from the day you move in to the 1st) plus the rest of the security deposit. The security deposit will be held in an interest bearing savings account.
