This personal bedroom is located in the basement of the townhouse. This space will be fitted with an egress window for additional safety and protection as well as a larger source for natural light, and will also have a closet for personal use. The room will be remodeled prior to move-in so all brand new materials will be used to turn this space into a comforting living area that can be personalized. This room will share a bathroom with 1 other tenant in the basement. The shared bathroom will be remodeled and updated with new materials to create a desirable common area. This 2400 square foot townhouse provides plenty of space for cohabitation. Walking in the house, you are greeted with a generously-sized living area that will be furnished prior move-in date. In the living room you can see stairs that access both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, and just beyond these stairs is the kitchen. The kitchen offers a countertop-bar with ample room for a dining area, as well as appliances such as stovetop/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. Down from the kitchen is the laundry room, which will have in-house washer and dryer machines available for all tenants to share and use. Down from the laundry room is the main floor bathroom, to be shared among tenants. The townhome has a very spacious and accommodating patio in its backyard. The large patio will be furnished with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and will make for the perfect hang-out spot for days or nights. A personal garage is next to the backyard patio and will have 1 available space for reservation. Parking spot reservation will be in the form of a paid parking pass, details of which are still to be determined. The location of this townhouse couldn’t be better. The amazing, close proximity to I-70 allows for easy access to the mountains for skiers, snowboarders, and other adventurers. Golden, Colorado is within a 15 minute drive from this location, and another 15 minutes to Downtown Denver via 6th Ave, which neighbors this house. Also, there is a large amount of nearby businesses and restaurants to enjoy, all within a 5-minute drive. Most of these businesses are located along Union Avenue, however Belmar is a short 10 minute drive away. Another benefit is the close proximity to 3+ grocery stores including Natural Grocers, King Soopers, and Safeway, gas stations, and other urban businesses. This is a perfect place to live if you are wanting to be close to nearly everything around the Denver-Golden-Littleton area.
