The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

About the Listing Agent
Tom Murray
LHI Homes International
Tom Murray began selling real estate right after college in his hometown of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in 1994 with Sea Pines Real Estate Company. After a few years as an agent, he decided to expand his knowledge and expertise in the housing industry and began a small side business, remodeling and renting property across the island. By day you could find him assisting his clients on the purchase and sale of their luxury beachfront properties; by night he could be found remodeling and flipping coastal condos as well as resort and rental properties. During his time with Sea Pines, he was a specialist for the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort and North Shore Place, was the youngest member to receive the HHI Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Award, and chaired the Ethics Committee and Community Service Committee. He also had the opportunity to work with, as well as study under, land planning pioneers and American real estate developers Charles E. Fraser and Robert Graves Jr. His success in real estate at such a young age garnered him lots of attention. After a decade in real estate, Tom was offered a management position in Nashville, TN in the Entertainment Industry as a business and tour manager for an aspiring country music singer. He relocated his family to Franklin, TN in 2004. During this time, Tom successfully managed multiple US tours and hundreds of sold out shows across the nation. His experience negotiating in real estate helped him land sponsorships with brands & companies like Firestone, LifeLock, Braunability, & Adidas amid the ‘08-‘09 economic decline. Committed to the music industry for over a decade, Tom had grown weary of life on the road, along with the stressful expectations and demands of the Industry. With three young children at home, Tom felt that it was time to get off the road and rediscover his passion for real estate. Since returning to real estate full time in 2014, Tom has been reunited with his true calling. Mr. Murray finished in the Top 10 in only his second year back in real estate, and is consistently a top producer. His years in the entertainment industry have proven to be a valuable asset to his real estate career here in middle TN and has assisted rockstars, producers, Grammy nominated and award winning artists. Tom remarried in 2017 to Nashville native and entrepreneur Katherine Johns. A year later she joined him in real estate. In his spare time, Tom enjoys playing golf with friends, spending time with family, volunteering in his community, vacationing in Hilton Head, and watching his clients perform at The Ryman and Bluebird Cafe.
