There are two other bedrooms . The second and third bedrooms have closets with mirrored doors and an upright dresser in the closet. The updated hall bath has a shower over a tub. The beautiful grounds are kept in perfect condition by the gardening staff that oversees their care. There are walking paths throughout the complex and a short distance from the townhouse, there is a pool and tennis court for your use. This ideal location is in close proximity to the lovely park a few blocks away and every kind of shopping - Traders Joe's, Sprouts, Ralphs, Home Depot, Target and too many more to list. Beaches are an easy drive away and there are numerous restaurants close by. We are looking for a short term rental of 3-6 months.
