About This Property
Very nice 2 bedroom upstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The huge sundeck is perfect for getting a tan, or for barbecuing, entertaining, etc. The sliding door to the deck opens from a nice sized front room equipped with a Cable TV/internet hookup... and just a few steps from the kitchen. A dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove are provided, along with a wall-mounted air-conditioner and washer/dryer hookups. We pay for the water, sewer, and trash. There is plenty of extra storage, plus you have your own carport space and extra driveway space, if needed. And, best of all, there is NO YARD WORK that you need to do, unless you just love to work in the garden, mow lawns, etc., for which you would be compensated for. Being on Canyon Hill, it only takes 2-3 minutes to get on the freeway or 3-4 minutes for grocery stores and downtown. Depending on the traffic, you can be in downtown Boise in 30 minutes. The rent is $1,250 per month, along with a refundable $650 cleaning/damage deposit... both of which are due BEFORE moving in. We will pro-rate the first month's rent so that your subsequent monthly rents will come due on the day that best fits your income. If you don't use the application provided by this site, call or email us and we will send you an application. The application fee of $50 is due when the application is turned in to us and is deducted from the first month's rent, should you be the successful applicant. Your $50 pays for the verification service that we use to screen our applicants. So if you are a sex offender, felon, previously evicted, etc., please don't waste your time, and money, by calling. The verification service is very thorough. You can call us from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM Mountain Time to arrange a time to take a look at the apartment. Due to the horrendous number of sales calls, political calls, and donation requests we get every day, we don't answer the phone anymore, so LEAVE A MESSAGE and we will call you right back. PS This apartment is perfect for one or two people. Since the stairway landing is solid concrete, we prefer not having children up there... but it is up to you to determine if your child can refrain from playing on the stairs and subsequently falling onto the cement. PS Sorry, but we have had our fill of cleaning up after the dogs that the previous renters have always promised to clean up after, but fail to do. No dogs. Please don't even ask. PS. We had to ask our next to the last tenant to move out because of the late hours he kept. Our bedroom is below the apartment and his music and walking around kept waking us up at 2:00 and 3:00 AM. So if you are a night owl, please don't apply. It will save you having to move again next month, and save us from having more sleepless nights. Disturbed sleep makes for really grumpy landlords.
