Property Ratings at 1301 Spring St
Cockroaches everywhere, if you don't cover the sink and shower drain expect to see them everyday. Washing machine breaks constantly and leaves clothes so soaked that the driers cant handle it. The heat barely works in the winter and when it turns on it only lasts a couple seconds. Internet is advertised as fast but you can only have one device on it at a time without it lagging. Management lost half of my rent one month and it took a unbelievably long email chain to figure out that they had the money already. But the place is cheap for madison and its in a good location. Can't say I recommend the place but the bedrooms are pretty nice and its good enough for students.
CMI staff are nice, but the building is beat up. I had the displeasure of encountering 7-8 cockroaches in our apartment during my year there. My window leaked profusely during heavy rainfall. You get what you pay for.
Roaches. Avoid. 2 stars because they let us out of our lease renewal.
