Welcome to Brisa Del Prado ("breeze of the meadow" in Spanish) which is a luxury condominium complex. This unit was recently modeled in November 2025. This is a bright, rare, unique unit with many luxuries contained inside: air conditioning/heating; washer/dryer; dishwasher; stove/oven; freezer/fridge; electric fireplace with heating option; microwave; cooking ventilation routing smoke to the outside; big patio with bright light; one-car dedicated underground parking space in gated garage w/ remote control; secured private storage on the balcony; electric fireplace for romantic evenings; tall ceiling; and elevator access for handicapped. If these luxuries are not enough, the building has an exercise room along with a pool and a hot tub. Water and trash are provided by the HOA. If that is still not enough luxury, don't forget the recreation room for parties and celebrations (separate rental fee required). The owners guarantee all appliances are in working order or will fix or replace. Don't forget there are plenty of guest parking spaces for free in the garage as well. The unit's front entrance has a retractable (disappearing) screen door to keep out the unwanted bugs during the warm summer months so that you can enjoy the cool natural breeze. After all, it is the "breeze of the meadows" that you will be enjoying. Here are the safety features: 1) one-car dedicated parking space located underground inside a gated garage with remote-control access; 2) entire building is gated with tall spikes; 3) call-box access; 4) sprinkler system inside the unit and outside of the building; 5) fire extinguisher supplied by the owners; and 6) metal mailbox with key access. We hereby give you the following pledge: 1) that the unit owners are not a big corporation but a mom-and-pop couple; 2) that iff you have a problem with the unit or its contents, we will respond quickly and willl avoid the nightmare scenario (i.e., a slumlord who will accept your rent but will not provide habitable premises); and 3) that the premises are habitable and all appliances (i.e., fridge/freezer, HVAC, electrickfireplace w/ heat, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer) are supplied by us and in good working order or we will fix or replace at landlords' discretion. This is our pledge to you. We are seeking a long-term tenant for years, if possible, because we value long-term relationships, but a minimum of one year is required. The condo is located in the heart of Old Town Torrance and is less than a 5-minute walk to banks, bars, restaurants, shops, drug store, and bakery. It is conveniently fairly close to the freeway (10 min.). Best of all, it is in turnkey condition for immediate occupancy and early move-in possible.
