If paying by money order, be sure to include your first and last name and telephone number on the money order or outer envelope. One applicant per application per adult 18 years of age or older. Only fully completed applications with the application fee of $40 will be considered. Completed applications with fees paid are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Upon passing the necessary checks, approved applicants will have up to two days to sign a rental agreement and pay the applicable security deposit and one month's rent by certified check or money order.
