A welcome tray with snacks and complimentary K-Cups is provided, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. A private 2-car garage and driveway parking are available. Pets are welcome with applicable fees, with rates varying based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner and Management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Guest or licensees or their personal property. All payments are non-refundable; cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. Standard cleaning fees cover the initial checkout clean; mid-stay cleans, deep cleans, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. A $25 fee per extra person, per night will apply for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. For bookings made via Airbnb or Booking, any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. A $20 fee applies for every hour before or after standard check-in/check-out times. A $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes after the 10 am checkout grace period. For bookings where Suite Stays Atlanta acts as the merchant of record, standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, a surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs. Smart home and security devices are employed throughout the property for safety and convenience, including exterior cameras and video doorbells. Interior devices monitor temperature, humidity, and sound decibel levels. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. All utilities, high-speed internet, lawn care, and pest services are included with your stay.
