The first floor offer a half bath and laundry. Upstairs there a 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The king bedroom has own tiled shower bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms, one queen, and one twin set that share a shower bathroom. Parking is on the street with pass. Pleasant neighborhood location with easy walk to water, town, shops, restaurants and three parks. A small dog will be considered, sorry no cats. Heat is oil and there are two zones with Nest thermostats. Some storage in basement for a bike. No co-signer applicants considered.
