Available as early as Aug 27 or start Sept 1 2024 through May 2025. Absolutely charming 5th Ward furnished winter house rental. Nice and clean with attractive fun decor and colors with 3bds and 2.5 bths. Comfy floor plan with one big open room on first floor. A fabulous updated kitchen with quartz counters and nice stainless appliances. Large dining table to accomodate 6 or use for a giant desk. The living room has 2 couches and big flat screen TV. Step out to the back paver patio with Adirondeck chairs and a grill that overlooks a landscaped and fenced yard. The first floor offer a half bath and laundry. Upstairs there a 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The king bedroom has own tiled shower bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms,one queen,and one twin set that share a shower bathroom. Parking is on the street with pass. Pleasant neighborhood location with easy walk to water,town,shops,restaurants and three parks. A small dog will be considered,sorry no cats. House is insulated and efficient on utilities. Heat is oil and there are two zones with Nest thermostats. Some storage in basement for a bike. This is not a student rental.
