Property Ratings at 12th Street Lofts
Management is poor. The building is infested with roaches! I moved in briefly before I had to cancel my lease. There is a reason the rent is cheap. Don’t be fooled.

Hello, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. This does not sound correct and we are unable to reach out to you since it is anonymous. Please prove additional info so we can discuss further.
I have lived at Centro Apartments for about 6 months now and it has been a great experience. The management is on top of everything and have always been helpful in dealing with any issues. It truly has the loft downtown feel at a much more reasonable price and all appliances are brand new!!! To make matters even better the location is so central and is only 5 minutes from Downtown, 5 minutes from Chula Vista, and about 5 minutes from Coronado beach. All in all if you are looking for a loft and don't want to pay the ridiculously overpriced downtown prices I would recommend centro apt. Also, there is underground parking and a pool for any BBQ's or get togheters you want to have. Another great thing is there is a brand new state of the art library located 1 minute walking distance, the police station is also about 1 minute walking distance and you have a few markets, a wal mart, about 3 minutes away.
Friendly staff that works here. Nice apartment, newer looking building, newly renovated. Quiet building, other then the rent jumping back up and a suprising water bill after no bill for months, I would stay here again. The parking garage is nice as well.
