Spacious finished furnished basement includes 1 bedroom with larger waking in closet, private full bathroom, dinning room and living room. comfortable bed(new mattress). Shared big kitchen, landuary room and anindependent air conditioner/heating. Furniture includes, sectiontal sofa, sofa table, wood kitchen table and chair, Smart TV, TV stand, wood shelf, wood shoes shelf, pool table, and table shuffle board game (if you like exercise or game, which is the best spot), a big new refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and toaser. Bedroom has full size bed, dresser, desk and a computer. Untilites Includes electric, water, gas, high speed nternet(1TB) and street parking available.
